Contact the staff at the Partners in Compliance offices located at the AMTA in Calgary or Edmonton.

Complete the Pre-Qualification Survey with the assistance of the benchmark calculator.

Complete a current COR/SECOR and NSC Audit Summaries. Be prepared, a PIC representative will contact you afterwards.

Submit copies of your Certificate of Recognition External Audit summary pages, as well as any subsequent maintenance audits.

If your company has had an NSC audit within the past 12 months, we will request a copy of the summary pages from that audit. If you have not had this audit, we will request one on your behalf.

Setup a date for a visit with PIC staff and your safety team at a location which showcases your operation. This will allow us to present PIC as a package and allow us to answer any questions your team may have. We will request a site tour at that time.

We then take the information provided by your company to our PIC Membership committee for review and recommendation to the PIC Advisory Council. Once you have successfully achieved the necessary benchmarks and provided all prerequisites, membership may be granted.
