PIC’s General Meeting of membership was held at the Reynolds Alberta Museum in Westaskiwin, Oct. 11, 2017.

A summary of the PIC stakeholder meetings, held across the province in July and August, was presented by Acting Director Andrew Barnes.  Barnes spoke to the exceptional attendance and input from membership and partnership alike, and gave an overview of where the program will be heading based on those responses.

AMTA Manager of Human Resources and Marketing, Shannon Anderson, presented PIC’s new brand, which was released in April 2017, and the marketing plan she has developed to grow the brand as well as engaging and promoting the program while securing new membership.

PIC Coordinator Matthew Greene presented the proposed branding package and guidelines for member identifiers.

The meeting also included an afternoon presentation from Vision Zero, Carrier Services.

Development of the new Safety Matrix Measurement Portal (SMMP) has begun and the team at PIC has been working hard to review and revamp the operations manual. PIC is excited with the progress of the portal and will keep members apprised of its continued development.
