PIC team update

Hello PIC Members, it is with sadness that I announce Bonnie Lean has resigned her position at the AMTA, to take up another opportunity within the transportation industry. Bonnie has been a valued member of our team since January 2019.  I would like to personally wish her well in her new opportunity. To ensure we have a smooth transition I, Andrew Barnes, will be your main point of contact moving forward for any questions or concerns Regarding the PIC Program of Excellence.

Quarterly reporting will now be reviewed by the AMTA Quality Assurance team. They will be receiving your quarterly reports, and reviewing information entered into the SMMP against the performance standards. Carriers will be contacted via Non-Conformance Reports if there are errors present.

I would like to introduce you to Kristin Picken kristin.picken@amta.ca who will be leading the QA review side of the PIC program. Please ensure that you only contact Kristin regarding a Non-Conformance report if you receive one.
